VataDosha: Composed of the elements of the space and air, Vata is that energy which controls functions like blood circulation, breathing, blinking and heartbeat.
Pitta Dosha: It is an energy made up of fire and water elements and controls the metabolic system of the body, i.e., digestion, nutrition, absorption and body's temperature.
KaphaDosha: Composed of the earth & water elements, Kapha controls body's growth and supplies water to all body parts. Also, it maintains the immune system of the body.
